(Final Phase)

Tournament Rules
The tournament shall be played in a single round robin league system and will be governed by FIDE- the official laws of chess edition 1984 with amendment by the 1988 to 2007 General Assemblies.
Time Control
The Session is start from 3:00 hours. The time control is: All moves in 90 minutes for each move a player receives an extra 30 seconds added to his clock time from move no.1.
Tie-Breaking
If at the end of the tournament two or more players are tied for any place, the play-off match shall break by the tie. After a new drawing of lots, two tiebreak games shall be played. The games shall be played using the DGT clock starting with 30 minutes and the additional 10 seconds after each move. If this tiebreak is again drawn, then after a new drawing of lots, a single sudden death game shall be played. The game shall be played using DGT clock with 30 minutes and the additional 10 seconds after each move.

1. Protest, if any, must be submitted in written to the appeal committee within two hours of completion of the playing session in question.
2. The committee shall decide before noon of the followed day and its decision is final.
